Our tracks are different every week and our expert track builders love the challenge however its always easier when people chip in. Help in setting out the track is always appreciated as is helping with dismantling and putting away.

The club uses transponders and electronic timing. These are small boxes attached to your car. When your car passes over the timing loop the transponder sends a signal to the timing computer and your lap is counted. We strongly advise the use of personal transponders but the club does have some we can loan you for the evening. No club transponders are assigned to anybody so this is on a first come, first served condition.

After your race has finished you are expected to marshal the next race. Marshalling can be dangerous. You may be required to enter the race track to retrieve or assist a car that has become stuck or broken.

There are no age limits but we will always ensure everyone is as safe as possible and always consult the parents of any younger members if there are any concerns. Where possible or appropriate you may be asked to stand in for them. You will need a non-driving BRCA membership but at a reduced rate of £10 which provides you with track side insurance.
