Race 1 - Short Course Truck Recap
What a display of dominance from Toby Halstead in the Short Course Truck class! From the moment the lights went out, Halstead was in a class of his own, leading every single lap of the race. He consistently set the pace, his fastest lap a blistering 14.31 seconds, which also secured him the fastest lap of the entire race. He finished a commanding 16 laps, leaving no room for his rivals to catch up.
Behind the flying Halstead, Keith Griggs put in a solid performance to secure second place. Griggs managed 13 laps in total, holding onto his second position throughout the race. He battled valiantly, but the gap to the leader grew steadily.
Andrew Boakes rounded out the top three, completing 10 laps. Boakes held third place from the start, showing good consistency in the early stages before falling back as the race progressed. A strong effort from all three drivers on the polished hall floor tonight!
