What a race night here at Sevenoaks Model Car Club! In the Buggy class, it was Ben Clark who snatched victory on the very last lap. Tom Jones had a commanding lead for most of the race, taking the front on lap two and holding it all the way until lap sixteen. Clark, who started in fourth, steadily worked his way forward, reaching second place by lap seven and closing the gap to Jones. In the end, Clark crossed the line just 1.23 seconds ahead of Jones, showing incredible pace in the closing stages.
Holly Weaver took an early lead on lap one but couldn't maintain it, eventually finishing third overall on fifteen laps. Mark Walkden fought hard to complete twelve laps and secure fourth, while Glen Liddle, despite a strong start and holding second for several laps, finished fifth after completing eleven laps. Peter McKerrow and David Pay rounded out the field. Ben Clark also set the fastest lap of the entire race with a blistering 13.47-second run. A fantastic conclusion to Race 2!
