Tamiya Tourers: Polly Gammage Dominates Round 7
What a run from Polly Gammage in the Tamiya Tourers this evening at Sevenoaks Model Car Club! Polly was in a class of her own, leading every single lap from the start to the chequered flag. She controlled the entire race, finishing with a comfortable lead and showing superb consistency throughout. A truly commanding performance!
Behind Polly, the battle for second was hard-fought. Oli Broderick started strongly, holding onto second place for the majority of the race. However, Oli Gammage, despite having the fastest lap of the entire race with a blistering 21.74 seconds on lap seven, was unable to catch Oli Broderick before the latter retired on lap nine, ultimately finishing third. Robert Bevan held steady in fourth place, completing six laps.
Steve Horton sadly didn't register a lap this evening. The final result sees Polly Gammage take a well-deserved win, followed by Oli Broderick in second, and Ollie Gammage rounding out the podium. A great race night at SMCC, and congratulations to Polly on her dominant victory!
