Tamiya Tourers Deliver a Night of Drama at SMCC!
What a display from the Tamiya Tourers here at Sevenoaks Model Car Club tonight! Ian Foxwell was in a class of his own, leading from the moment the lights went out and never relinquishing the lead. His fastest lap of 15.96 seconds set the benchmark for the entire field, and he ultimately took the chequered flag after completing 14 laps.
Behind Ian, there was a fascinating battle unfolding. George Cordier started strong in second, holding that position for the majority of the race. However, Donna Belton - Timms fought back valiantly from an early P4, steadily working her way through the field to snatch second place on lap 11, just before the final laps. George still secured a well-deserved third place, just ahead of Oscar Pay who finished fourth. Sophie Cowe completed the top five, battling hard to the end.
