Short Course Truck Race 1 Recap
What a display of Short Course Truck racing we witnessed tonight at Sevenoaks Model Car Club! Adam Gammage takes the win after a sensational drive. He started the race in second position behind Jason Weaver, but the lead changed hands on lap four, with Adam Gammage taking control. From that point on, he never looked back, securing his victory with a dominant performance, setting the fastest lap of the race at a blistering 14.23 seconds and finishing with a total time of 236.84 seconds.
Jason Weaver held on valiantly for second place, completing 13 laps. He led the early stages of the race, but couldn't quite match Adam's pace in the mid-race laps. Despite a couple of slower laps towards the end, he still managed to bring his truck home in a solid runner-up spot. Andrew Boakes put in a consistent effort to round out the top three, finishing 10 laps and showing great determination throughout the race. Chris Luckett sadly didn't register any laps in this one.
