The dust has settled here at Sevenoaks Model Car Club after an enthralling Buggy race in Round 7 of the Winter/Spring Championship. Glen Liddle has taken a dominant victory, leading from the very first lap to the chequered flag. His pace was relentless, setting a fastest lap of 14.7 seconds and maintaining a consistent gap at the front throughout the entire 15-lap run.
Mark Walkden fought hard to secure second place, running in the runner-up spot from lap one. Despite a strong start, he completed 13 laps, just shy of Glen's total, and finished 1.41 seconds behind the leader on total time. Peter McKerrow brought his buggy home in third position, completing 10 laps. He held a steady third throughout his race, showing good pace with a fastest lap of 20.7 seconds.
David Pay finished fourth, completing 9 laps. He battled throughout, holding fourth position for the duration of his run, demonstrating his determination on the track. A fantastic effort from all our drivers tonight in a truly competitive display!
