Short Course Truck Race 1 Recap
What a fantastic display of controlled aggression we witnessed in the Short Course Truck race tonight at Sevenoaks Model Car Club! From the moment the whistle blew, it was clear that Jason Weaver was on a mission. He absolutely dominated the field, leading every single lap of the race. His consistency was remarkable, and he set the fastest lap of the entire event with a blistering 14.22 seconds. Weaver crossed the finish line with an impressive total time of 248.63 seconds, solidifying his position at the top.
Andrew Boakes put in a commendable effort, running in second place for the opening ten laps. While he couldn't match Weaver's pace, Boakes showed good pace with a fastest lap of 19.7 seconds. Unfortunately, his charge faded in the latter stages, and he was unable to complete the full race distance. The final finishing order saw Jason Weaver take a dominant victory, with Andrew Boakes securing second place after completing 10 laps. Adam Gammage and Chris Luckett were unfortunately unable to register any laps tonight.
