Well, what a finish to Race 5, the Tamiya Tourers A Final here at Sevenoaks Model Car Club! Tim Webb takes the win, crossing the line after 21 laps with a total time of 308.88 seconds. He was pushed all the way by Craig Playfoot, who finished just 1.68 seconds behind, also completing 21 laps. It was a tight battle between those two for the duration, though the lap-by-lap data shows them running in formation for much of the race.
Jimmy Zepp brought his car home in third, finishing 19 laps with a time of 305.77 seconds. He was the only other driver to complete more than 18 laps. Martin Timms initially led the field, holding the top spot for the first 18 laps and setting the fastest lap of the race at a blistering 14.01 seconds. Unfortunately, his race ended on lap 19, but he held on to fourth position overall. Ian Foxwell unfortunately did not complete any laps.
