Tamiya Tourers A Final Delivers Drama!
What a finish we've just witnessed in the Tamiya Tourers A Final at Sevenoaks Model Car Club tonight! Damian Brown absolutely dominated proceedings, leading from the green flag all the way to the chequered flag. He set a blistering pace, pulling away early and never looking back. His fastest lap was a sensational 10.35 seconds, a benchmark that no one else could match.
Behind Damian, Jack Brown and Jimmy Zepp were locked in a tense battle for the remaining podium spots. Both drivers completed all 27 laps, finishing just 0.76 seconds apart after a gruelling race. Tim Webb and Martin Timms showed flashes of speed, both recording their fastest laps in the 10.3s bracket, but ultimately they were unable to complete the full race distance, finishing 4th and 5th respectively.
